For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013. Gary and his wife Leigh Ann have 3 daughters, Gracyn, Holdyn, and Mairyn.

Upon his graduation he began working for one of the nation's leading real estate auction companies, Williams and Williams. Cliff Kozelsky

Originally from Moulton, Texas, Cliff began a career in land services after graduating from Texas State University in 2007. After graduation, he stayed in the Austin area, got married and had two children, and earned a living as a petroleum landman. Throughout his career he has worked in counties across Texas, Kansas and New Mexico. It has been through his time as a landman that he has garnered a deep understanding of real estate transactions, oil and gas leases, and buying and selling land trends throughout the state, and ultimately, it drove his desire to earn his real estate license. While he is a fresh face to the team, he brings a wealth of knowledge of the local area, has a strong work ethic, and is always willing to go the extra mile for a client. Through past jobs at his grandparent's lumber company, window and door sales, and as a rental property handyman, he has learned the ins and outs of construction, plumbing, and electrical operations. It is with this knowledge that he is able to provide insight and recommendations to anyone that may have questions.
Cliff and his family always had a goal to get back to the area, and in 2022, they were able to make the move to Flatonia. In his free time you can find Cliff hunting, fishing, playing golf, and hanging around the house with his family.
