For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013. Gary and his wife Leigh Ann have 3 daughters, Gracyn, Holdyn, and Mairyn.

Anthony entered the real estate business in 2004, after a successful 4 year basketball career at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Tx. Upon his graduation he began working for one of the nation's leading real estate auction companies, Williams and Williams. For the last 10 years he has been a real estate consultant and helped sell thousands of properties at real estate auctions all across the United States. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2012, and has sold over 20 million dollars worth of property in that time. In his down time, he is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. Anthony was raised in Moulton, Tx. He and his wife Dru have one son, Baker.

Having been born and raised in South Central Texas, Bernadine has first-hand knowledge of the unique surrounding communities. She has owned three businesses in the area prior to becoming a REALTOR, which has enabled her to build strong relationships. She carries that with her into real estate, quickly bringing buyers and sellers together. She is committed to building honest, ethical relationships and dedicated to maximize your profits from buying and selling your home or property. She is a full time Realtor and takes pride in surpassing goals that she sets for herself each year. Also, increasing her knowledge in the real estate market she is a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI. By becoming a GRI designee, Bernadine earned a mark of excellence and commitment to provide ongoing professional services to her customers. Along with her GRI designation, Bernadine has also earned her PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designation and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative.
In her spare time, Bernadine enjoys decorating, landscaping and fishing. She is a member of several organizations including the Flatonia Chamber of Commerce.
Barbara grew up in the small rural community of Swiss Alp, Texas in Fayette Co, located between Schulenburg and La Grange. Her great, great grandparents immigrated to Lavaca County in the 1880’s, and now generations later a percentage of her family still resides in Lavaca County. She spends quality time with family, has high family values, and enjoys raising livestock, hunting and fishing.
As a fulltime real estate agent, she dedicates her time and attention to her clients, and upon their request with an appointment she can be available seven days a week. She has had several successful sales that took place on major holidays. She has chosen to specialize in Farm & Ranch Real Estate due to her agricultural background, but also handles many residential and commercial real estate transactions. She has focused on selling real estate in Lavaca, Fayette, Gonzales, DeWitt, and Colorado counties, but has, and will continue to serve other counties as well. She has worked as a real estate agent for nearly 9 years before joining Holub Real Estate in 2018.
Barbara is an avid supporter of our local businesses and the local livestock shows to support the youth in our community. She spends time volunteering for local events and non-profit organizations here as well.
She has a great interest in the history of Lavaca County and values the importance of finding the right buyers to restore and preserve the old homesteads and turn of the century homes when marketed. Honesty, integrity, an up to date knowledge on marketing and sales, and her ability to assist buyers with finding financing are the assets she holds in high regard in real estate. Matt Dornak developed a passion for real estate while working for his father’s residential contract painting business, and after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology, he decided a future as a real estate agent truly fit his interests and experiences. Born and raised in Moulton, Texas, Matt knows and understands the area and has developed personal connections throughout the community. He values honesty and integrity and as an agent will go above and beyond to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
When he’s not working with clients, Matt can be found on the golf course, in the gym, at the family ranch in South Texas, or outside with his family’s two Labs.
